Fun Fact! The Lighthouse Country Family Halloween Party was one of the first events held at the Lighthouse Community Centre in 1983.
Originally, the good folks who comprised the Lighthouse Recreation Commission were the organizers and when that group could no longer continue, they put out a public notice and Lindsey Genoe decided to take it on. She approached the Community Club about including the Halloween Party as one of their events and they embraced the idea and have been hosting together ever since!
